the Future Devil is a macabre, gleeful entity with a tree-like lower half and a humanoid upper body with horns and multiple eyes. It has a playful personality and enjoys boasting about the future. The Future Devil makes costly contracts, but grants Aki Hayakawa its powers of foresight in exchange for residing in Aki's left eye to witness his gruesome death. The Future Devil informs Aki that he will die "in the worst possible way... for the Chainsaw Boy".
