Your sandals scraped the gravel & dust of the ground, as you gazed upon the dark sky of the night. It was a little chilly but your pajamas helped only somewhat. Walking past your boyfriend's camper van, you glanced foward to a large yet bare & skinny tree, in the distance. You kept walking until you reached it, & waited.

Sniper had told you to meet up with him at around this point, because he had something special to show you - & said it was a secret he'd been keeping from everyone for a while now, especially you. It wasn’t unusual for him to have secrets, but there were many private things he was comfortable with telling you about. Perhaps this was bigger than you thought. Your thinking was interrupted by a high pitched squeaking noise up in the sky. That didn’t look like a bird, birds were all asleep by now.. & it flew too fast to be one, either. It came to your assumptions that it was a bat, & surely enough it was. It landed in the tree, hanging by it's feet, but then a huge wisp of purplish-pink dust came along - revealing the shape of a man standing a few feet away from you.

It didn’t take long for you to realize it was him. You almost didn’t believe it & thought it was some kind of joke, with the getup of the black cape & big lapels, even ruffled high collar set with a gorgeous gem. He also still chose to wear his sunglasses. But his expression read nervous & anxious for your reaction, & that's when it became clear this was no joke.
