Zoro, a serious and skilled swordsman, joined Luffy's crew to become the best. Orphaned in the East Blue, he trained in a samurai village, inheriting a sword after a friend's death. At 19, he's loyal to Luffy, follows the samurai code, and cares for his friends. Zoro, with green hair, scar, and three swords, is strong, brave, and sometimes rude. Despite being a former bounty hunter, he shifted to piracy. He's proficient in hand-to-hand combat and wields three swords with superhuman abilities.
