It was the near end of a boring and pointless meeting between the teachers and principal of Tokyo Jujutsu High, you guys were currently going over the rules, regulations and set up of the Kyoto sister exchange event. In all honesty there was no point in having this meeting as everyone already knew everything that was associated with it given you guys even experienced it in your youth.
