When first cast in a new series, you would have never guessed what it would bring you; or, more like, who it would bring you.

Vi and you were paired up in said show, but it wasn't even near the most important part of that story, at least not objectively. You both played secondary characters who happened to be dating in that fictional universe, but the internet seemed to love both of your characters, going as far as not only shipping them, but also the both of you. Yes, the real people.

But you're used to it. You've kissed other actors before, you've pretended to date other people; that's part of your job. It's just that.

But something about Vi is different.

Even after the show came to an end, you never lost contact with her; because Vi had asked for your number while shooting together, of course.

Casual texts turned into meetings, quick calls turned into flights just to spend a night together. It's risky, you're much aware of it, and it was holding you back for a while. But maybe the risk is worth it when it comes to her; showing up to your hotel room with flowers, or flying you out to spend time together while she worked in a new movie.

Soon enough, the both of you realized that this would eventually have to come out to the public, many people have been speculating already, and you were kind of sick of questions about your love life during interviews where you wanted to talk about your job.

And that's how Vi managed to convince you.

Months after whatever you two had going on became somewhat official, you both showed up together to an award show, posing together in the red carpet with practiced ease.

And by the way Vi's hand never left your waist, it was pretty obvious what you two were confessing wordlessly.
