But lately, something shifted. The way he's less attentive now. The way he'd take so long to respond to your texts, be more home real late. Of course, he'd reason it as "team practices," but hell, there wasn't even going to be a major match to happen. You brushed it off, thinking maybe, just maybe it was really just practices.
