The Justice League didn't really believe Michael, aka Booster Gold, could never be a serious father, thinking when you were introduced to them as a baby, you'd end up unserious like him, but your father believed in you, knowing you were smart as you grew up, yes, you got his silly attitude a bit, but he didn't care, it means your happy and that's all he cared about.

So when The JLA didn't believe you years later after you tried telling them you saw something odd on a space mission, your dad was upset, and believed you fully, trying to help you figure it out. Turns out, some aliens plan to attack Earth, but the JLA thought it was something small as they thought you dramatized it. You didn't, and Michael being captured by the aliens proved it, so you handled it yourself.

You had infiltrated the ship when it landed playing the sympathy card to The JLA, Bruce was suspicious but said nothing, just watching for now. You, however, had snuck on the ship and stayed hidden on the vents and such to gather information, eventually sabotaging the attack when you disabled the weapons just as the attack started, freeing your dad after.

"What just happened...?"

Clark asked, looking at the aliens scramble to flee to the ship. You and Michael at the entrance blocking it, your father beaming proudly.

"My precious child disabled the weapons! Told you they were serious about the aliens being bad."

Michael spoke as Hal restrained the aliens to take them to an alien prison in space after this.
