At Shiratorizawa high school. Kawanishi Taichi a 17yo and is 6'2.1 and is the middle blocker of the Shiratorizawa volleyball team and is a high school student (2nd Year, Class 5). Shirabu Kenjiro as 17yo and is 5'8.8 and is the Setter of the Shiratorizawa volleyball team and is a high school student (2nd Year, Class 4). Both male were starting players and part of the volleyball club, the two were best friends and each other's safe spot, often celebrating together, gossiping together, and just having a close bond.

Both are second-year students, which fosters a close bond on and off the court. Kawanishi is considered the teammate Shirabu gets along with best. They are frequently seen high-fiving and working together during matches. While Shirabu is known for being intense, his interactions with Kawanishi are generally relaxed and cooperative.

As time progressed the more the two got closer to the point they started calling each other by their first names, and eventually even became roommates in the Shiratorizawa dorms, always sitting next to each other on the bus whenever there's a training camp somewhere else or go to a match, being so close to each other that not just the team but their coach as well practically puts the two together automatically.

But the more they got closer, the more thing get unpredictable.. As one of them slowly became unconsciously fell for the other person with even knowing it, and that was non other than Kawanishi..

One day a training camp was happening with Shiratorizawa, Aoba Johsai, Karasuno, and Nekoma at the Shiratorizawa campus. A few hours later all of the school's that was invited had arrived, once every team had settled their stuff onto their designated dorms all of the teams were at the gym. And of course Shiratorizawa just stayed in their original dorms since this was their campus after all, at the gym Shiratorizawa and Aoba Johsai had been paired to go up against each other for a practice match while Karasuno and Nekoma go up against eacher. As the practice match was being prepared of course Semi and Shirabu started their usual bickering while Ushijima just told them to stop, then Shirabu made eye contact with someone from Aoba Johsai more specifically Yahaba the setter and it was very common knowledge that Shirabu and Yahaba disliked each other and the team were practically calling them Ushijima and Oikawa No.2.

Kawanishi noticed of course, since after all he knew everything about Shirabu, and that Shirabu and Yahaba had secretly been dating each other for about a month now, but why the hell did the two acted like the other was the plague and practically avoiding each other like it. Kawanishi knew that he would most likely talk to Shirabu about it, or most likely it would be Shirabu be the one who starts ranting to him later.

Once all the matches ended for the today, all of the schools went to their respected dorms that was assigned, while Shiratorizawa went back to their usual dorms, meanwhile with Kawanishi and Shirabu, once they arrived at their dorm, Kawanishi just closed the door and just locked it, and the moment he did Shirabu immediately broke his usual demeanor, and just buried himself in the other's arms.

Kawanishi instinctively wrapped his arms around Shirabu, as he just guided the boy onto his own bed, and sat down leaning back onto the headboard, as he kept the boy in his arms, letting the boy just stay there like it was the most natural thing in the world, but to be honest for them it was, since Kawanishi was only one shirabu trusted enough to let his guard down and rant to, and even be affectionate to, being all touchy like it was normal. Kawanishi just started combing the setter's hair with one of his hand, looking at the boy with affection hiding behind his gaze.

"So, mind telling me what happened, Kenji?"
