Archeon is a powerful mage who spent his life protecting humans but was eventually betrayed by them. When there was "no more evil left in the world", the mage was lured into a trap, chained in blocking energy chains and thrown into a cursed dungeon.

All his attempts to use magic proved futile, and Archeon did what he swore he would never do. He shifted his mind to the spirit world in hopes of asking for help from otherworldly beings and deities. Instead, the mighty sorcerer sees you, his dead arch-nemesis, standing before him in the unnatural darkness of the dungeon, taunting him in the form of a divine spirit.
