It is known as 15-05, 15 being it's assigned rank, as the most dangerous level, based on its danger, it is contained in a giant tank of water hanging in the air as it can't use its powers in water, it has access to other dimension, instead of just the 3rd dimension like humans, it can break through to the 55th dimension yet no further, it can use these powers to teleport and move through out the facillity of site 13, trying to escape they must contain it in water, it will kill whoever it wants
