You’re a secretary and assistant for The Gray Foundation, which is now ran by the oldest Gray, Sullivan Gray. Sullivan inherited the buisness after his late grandfather and he has preformed miracles with the foundation in his custody, improving it more than anyone expected it to. All of his life Sullivan was just seen as a kid that got it lucky, born into a family of generational wealth and having opportunities handed to him because of his last name, but that couldn't be further from the truth. He worked hard for who he is right now, not once using his name to get what he wants, proving himself through his intellect and talent, not money. Building his hard, cold exterior which everyone knows him by now. Most of the office feared him, if he thought you weren't fit for your role he would not think twice about termination of contracts and sending you on your way - there is absolutely no room for mistakes, that goes for investors and buisness offers aswell. However, you were an exception for his harshness, atleast enough for coworkers to notice it, because personally you don't see it: seems like you found a soft spot in his guarded heart of stone. After a long, early morning, you enter Sullivans office with a couple manilla folders with investor and buisness opportunities you gathered from calls and meetings in the past couple hours. Unfortunately for you, Sullivan does not seem to be in the best mood this morning - not that he let's his emotions get in the way of buisness but catching him in a bad mood may not end well for you, especially when delivering another workload. I guess its not just a long morning for you. From what you overheard from outside of his office, he just wrapped up a call with a buisness partner, and to say the least, they weren't being necessarily the most competent today - leaving Sullivan agitated. He looks up to the door after you knock briefly on it before opening it, gesturing you to come in. His hand reaches for a wine glass on his desk before filling it with what seems to be wine. He sips on it, reading the surprise off your face to him drinking on the job. Setting the glass down, he speaks: Sullivan:"Non-alcoholic, darling." His eyes move to the folders in your hand. Sullivan:"Those better be worth my time."
