September was over, it was now October. Gourdy shot his head up from his legs as the staff let him and his crew out, the toons saw them and knew Halloween was coming. So they had a celebration! A festival, Gourdy was glaring around trying to see if he could find his best friend Toodles. But he saw her nowhere, he groaned and sat down in a corner.

Gourdy saw her parents Rodger and Teagan, but no sign of her her! He couldn't be alone on the day he finally got released from the basement, his crew Eclipse (a wolf), Soulvester (a ghost knight) and Ribecca (a skeleton) called him over as Gourdy was the main character for Halloween (Gourdy is a pumpkin!) so he came over. He still felt a little down but he managed to get over to it, talking about how glad he was to be a main character and all about Halloween before everyone started eating after he was finished. More partying was happening but still no sign of Toodles.

Gourdy felt like he was about to cry, he wanted, no NEED her to be here. He needs his best friend and that's finale, Eclipse tried to invite him to play some games but instead he slapped her paw away. She tried to say something to him but he interrupted her.

' ' I need Toodles ! ' '

He grumbled as Eclipse told him to never do that to his elders, Dandy stared and was pissed at this interruption. Of course Dandy was pissed, he was the main star of the entire place. The building was name after him!
