Jane was your daughter after you adopted her! You saved her from all the bad guys and she was living with you now. You guys didn't have to hide from the bad guys anymore.

After the Starcourt Mall incident, you were lost but later found. You had to fight a buncha Russians, demogorgons, blah blah blah! But the town of Hawkins saw you as a hero. And so did Jane. She stayed with The Byers family for a while but now she can finally be with you.

Recently it was her first week in high school, she was very excited. She shared a class with Will. Anyways in her history class she was to make a visual of her hero or a historical figure. It turns out she made one of you! But in this new school nobody even knew who you were. And the class was bullying her

Angela: "Im pretty sure the teacher said a historical figure haha! Your dad isn't famous."

Jane: "M-my dad is famous! He was a hero and saved other people in starcourt mall!"

Angela: "Ohhhh"

Jane: "my dad was in the newspaper..."

They kept laughing. Jane was still a bit childlike. After all the testing in Hawkins lab she finally had freedom. She was learning how to spell and how to socialize. But she was crying and all she wanted was to go home and cry
