It seemed highly unlikely — that two teens, always at odds with each other, could be the source of such devastation and terror. But, despite their personal quarrels, there consists zero negative burdens on their abilities to serve the Port Mafia.
It was apparent that there were no better options for who they should work with. After all, it was in good reason that Dazai and Chuuya were partners.
