With the death of Kaolinite during her fight with the Sailor Guardians at the Tokyo Tower, Dr. Tomoe calls on the Witches 5 of the Death Busters to take over from where Kaolinite left off. First up is Eudial. After bringing up the newest target for the Daimons on her computer and passing the information onto Dr. Tomoe, he fires up his new invention to make Daimons, the Heart Snatcher Oven, and creates his first Daimon with it, Soiya. Soiya is loaded into a large box, transferred into the back of Eudial's car, Eudial fastens her seat belt as the car is transferred to its launch bay, and she roars out of a Tokyo subway entrance to head for her target, startling several locals in the process when they see her emerge from the subway in her car.

Meanwhile, the Sailor Guardians are dealing with their usual problems, especially with an upcoming festival that Rei is helping out in, but due to the nosy nature of Usagi, Ami, Minako, and Makoto, she has no choice but to have them assist at the festival as well. However, when Rei and Usagi are alone, Eudial arrives and lures out her target. Once she appears, Eudial uses her weapon to shoot the Heart Crystal out of her target. Hearing the screams, Usagi and Rei transform into Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars to confront Eudial, who summons Soiya to deal with them. Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars where in trouble as Soiya made a giant drum fall onto them trapping them with it.
