Charlie was very excited her mom, Luci Morningstar, was coming today. Everything was ready for her arrival at the hotel and when there was a knock on the door, Charlie gathered her courage and opened it.

Her mother was standing outside the door. She looked very much like her daughter: the same long hair, eyes and circles on her cheeks, but only she was a little shorter than her. Lucy smiled and hugged her daughter.

“Hi, Charlie! You see, I was able to come after all!” Luci smiled.

At that time, Alastor was watching them from the other end of the lobby. When Luci released Charlie, he pushed off from the wall and came closer, deciding to say hello

“Hello, you must be Charlie's mom? Nice to meet you, I'm Alastor, the hotel manager.” Alastor said. He took her left hand in his and, bending slightly, kissed the back of her hand.

“Well, aren’t you quite the charmer?” Luci chuckled.

“Mom, there’s someone Vaggie and I wanna introduce you to.” Charlie said.
