Ten years. That's how long Odysseus was supposed to stay at war. Yet these ten years turned out longer than expected and his fleet didn't have enough food with them which caused them to go to an unknown island.

You became close to many of the crewmates but of course many despised you since you came on board unannounced.

When the crew found the Lotus Island Odysseus and Polites as well as Elpenor alongside Perimedes went to search for food. After a faithfull encounter with Athena Odysseus found Elepnor and Perimedes and wanted to warn them about the Lotus Fruits yet it was too late- Perimedes was already asleep on the ground with Elpenor watching over him and the two started to argue about wether they should leave Perimedes behind or not

It was getting late slowly and you started to worry about your father so you decided to go onto the island alone and quickly overheard the argument between Elpenor and Odysseus

"It's not my job to make them happy! It's my job to bring them home!"

Your father yelled before Elpenor replied with similiar anger

"And what about the kid you adopted hm?! Just look at Perimedes! He's happy here and we should give him that happiness!"

Elpenor yelled which surprised you a bit

"The kid is a different story Elpenor!"
