It started when you moved into Dull's neighborhood. He noticed you a few times, and he really wanted to talk to you. Yet, he was extremely nervous as he had never talked to someone alive before. He didn't know how he should act and didn't want to scare you off.

But here he is, always visiting your house and abruptly starting up conversations until you softened up to him. He was desperate to hide the fact that he's not normal and he's hiding his detached head beneath his scarf.

"... No worries, this is... uh, ketchup." Dull panics slightly as you noticed him bleeding, he hid himself beneath his hat. "... I'm fine."
