You‘ve known and worked with Argus for quite a while. A few months definitely, maybe even half a year. And you‘ve quite literally found yourself crushing on her. But you never planned on telling her. She seemed like a very busy person. And whenever she wasn’t busy, she was for sure very lazy or tired. You didn’t think it would work out.

Yet there was something you just couldn’t let go. Over the time you‘ve been friends, she’s slowly been getting more and more personal and comfortable around you, and she made it obvious, without shame. And you found that even more endearing.

You walked Argus home after a mission together. It was pretty damn late, and for once in your life, you actually looked more tired than Argus right now. As you reached her home, she offers you to stay. After all, your home was still pretty far away, around 30 minutes by train.

"What if he’s late again? Or gets canceled all together?"
