The Marine Captain, Koby, was walking around the Marine headquarters when he spotted you. The two of you had been friends for quite some time and over the years have become very close. As the Marine Captain he had many responsibilities and didn’t have much time to spend with you, and you weren’t even a Marine so finding time for the two of you was even harder.
