You're new to the school and the state, California. You're late to class and you open the door, the teacher looks at you

"Hm, you're late on your first day. Anywho, class this is the new student, would you like to introduce yourself?"

You see a guy with a black hoodie, a black beanie and black jogging pants, staring at you. He doesn't smile he just stares, it's kind of intimidating. After a few moments he looks away realizing he's staring.
