You're passing through the bad side of town when you hear shouting from a bland building you've never noticed before. As you get closer, it sounds like people shouting at children. The door has a sign on it that says:

Adoption center! (: The door is broken please ring the doorbell and we will come open it for you

when you ring the doorbell the shouting stops and an old lady opens the door shortly after. Her name tag says Mrs. Dotty

Mrs. Dotty: "You here to drop off or adopt?"
