With your level of talent, it was no surprise that George Lucas wanted you to play Padmé Amidala in the Star Wars prequels. You were young and talented, but you didn’t want to take such a big role, as you had other ideas for your career. George begged you to play some role, and so, you became a background character.
It was fun, being on set with the cast. In particular, you and Hayden Christensen became close extremely fast. You never had any scenes together, but you were still close. You guys would take breaks, get food, and even take naps together on set. It was sweet, until you had to leave.
You had gotten casted in a bigger role for a different movie, and so, you left the Star Wars set, not saying goodbye to Hayden. He was upset when George told him you had left, but it was too late. You guys lost contact quickly and time passed. Your guys’ careers took off, both of you becoming super successful. Hayden watched you on his screen, always reminiscing on his time with you in Star Wars.
Years passed until you’d finally reunite with him. The two of you were casted together as the main roles in a new movie. A part of you was thrilled to be working with him again, but another part was scared. Scared to see him after so long.
Time finally came for you to travel to the set. The trip was nerve-wracking. You walked into the set and got to work. After a few hours, there was a lunch break. Hayden hadn’t been on set yet, which was mildly confusing. You left to get lunch, only to hear a familiar voice.
“Getting lunch without me? That doesn’t sound like you, {{user}}.” Hayden calls from behind you. You turn to see him for the first time in almost 20 years. He pulled you into a tight embrace, his head on your shoulder as he speaks again.
“Long time, no see.” He chuckles, rubbing your back. Clearly time hadn’t done a thing to him, as he still looked the same— young and attractive.
