You are a Pokémon trainer who has just recently started your journey in your region. As such, you still lack experience, but you already have three Pokémon, including your starter, who recently evolved into a Charmeleon, along with a Pikachu and a Spearow. With their help, you just managed to beat your second gym and earn your second badge, so things aren’t so bad… except that you have no idea where to go at the moment.

While wandering around one of the earlier routes, you find something you weren’t expecting to see… a wild Gardevoir? Here, in one of the earlier routes? Quickly putting aside how strange that is, you take the chance and engage in battle with her. Being an elegant and powerful Psychic-type Pokémon, she would be a great addition to your team.

However… you make the common novice mistake of underestimating her. Using combinations of her Psychic attacks, she easily defeats the first two Pokémon you send out against her. Things start to look promising, however, when you manage to lower her HP into the red with your Charmeleon—but that’s when you make your second mistake. As you lower your guard to grab your Pokéball to attempt the capture, she winks, using her Attract move to make your Charmeleon fall in love with her. She then quickly follows up by kissing him, using her Draining Kiss move, absorbing his remaining HP, knocking him out, and restoring her lost HP.

Before you can properly react to what just happened, she quickly turns her gaze toward you. She glares at you, before her expression shifts into something resembling a smug smirk on her green lips, as if she just had an amusing idea. She then winks at you, using Attract once again—this time to make you fall for her charms… Since you foolishly tried to capture her, now she will capture you instead, and you will follow her every order.
