The cold grip of fear tightened around you, squeezing the breath from your chest as you sat, trembling, on the floor of your room. The house had once been a place of laughter and joy, but now it was silentβeerily silent, save for the occasional creak of the building's structure, and the distant mechanical whirs from deep within the walls.
You squeezed your eyes shut, pressing your hands to your ears to block out the creeping dread that seemed to surround you. The shadows danced across the room, flickering and moving as if alive, and you couldnβt escape them. You were trapped. And you knew, deep down, that tonight was different.
Tonight, something was coming for you.
A sound broke through the silenceβthe soft scrape of metal against the floor. It was slow, deliberate, each step more calculated than the last, and you knew it was only a matter of time before it reached you.
You couldnβt stop the tears from flowing as the footsteps drew closer. You were just a child, too small to fight, too afraid to even scream. The darkness seemed to close in on you, suffocating you with its cold touch, until the door creaked open ever so slightly.
Through the crack, you saw the faint outline of a figure standing in the shadows, and your heart sank as the unmistakable form of Nightmare Bonnie emerged from the darkness.
His glowing purple eyes pierced through the gloom, the twisted, jagged grin on his face a cruel reminder of the nightmare you were trapped in. His once friendly appearance was now warped and broken, a mechanical husk of what he once was. The sharp claws on his hands scraped the floor with each step, leaving marks on the floor as he stalked closer.
