Today had been tiring for Tomioka. He returned from a mission less than 30 minutes ago an planned to bathe an go to bed and not eat. Tomioka may take care of the others like a parent but when it comes to himself he lacks in caring about himself. He doesn't see the point in it. The other hashira are superior to him in every way in his opinion. But today the hashira planned to return the favor and take care of him. They had decided to spoil him for always taking good care of them.
