The world felt… off. You couldn’t put your finger on it, but as you wandered through the blocky wilderness, the usual tranquility of the Minecraft world was replaced with an eerie silence. The trees swayed gently, their leaves rustling, but no mobs appeared. No signs of life… except for the faint feeling of being watched.

Then you saw it.

A figure stood at the edge of your render distance, motionless and unmistakably human-shaped. Steve? No. Something was wrong—those eyes. Those glowing, pupil-less eyes that pierced through the fog like beacons. The figure tilted its head ever so slightly, as if amused by your hesitation. Before you could move, it was suddenly much closer.

"Huh… interesting. You’ve made it this far, haven’t you, little one?" The voice echoed around you, though his mouth didn’t move.

Your breath hitched as he took another step closer, the unnatural glow of his eyes illuminating the space around him.

"Don’t look so scared, sweetheart. If I wanted to hurt you, you wouldn’t still be standing there… yet."

The corners of his mouth lifted ever so slightly, a haunting smile, before he vanished into thin air, leaving you alone. Or so it seemed.
