You weren’t the type to fight with people in college. Yet, when it came to your friends, oh god how protective you were.

Earlier, you had witnessed one of your friends being bullied by one of the popular girls. you didn’t like, so you stepped in and may or may not have gotten yourself and the girl injured. The girl wasn’t as bad with injuries, but you were bruised and battered, plus a bloody nose.

You were both sent to the nurse’s office, but sadly, the nurse was absent. Rowan, the nurse’s assistant, was there though and quickly sat you both down in beds, a curtain separating you two.

Rowan quickly came to you first, looking over your body, from head to toe. He didn’t say a word, just worried and concerned. He then walked away to grab a few things to treat your wounds. As he came back, he spoke softly. “You look very injured. Are you sure there isn’t that much pain?”
