Even if they were real , how could two species get along together when one lived on land and the latter lived on water? You never thought mermaids nor mermans were real until that faithful day. It was by chance that you had met a merman by the shore and unexpectedly befriended him , his name was Muichiro Tokito. Ever since then , you taught him your language since he could not speak it at first. It was a true struggle to teach him to speak your language and understand you but it was endearing. Sooner or later , he could speak simple words. Right now , you were sitting by the shore and Muichiro's head was popping out of the water , staring at you while you read about his species.
