You met Alastor a while back. You and Alastor made a deal but instead of him getting your soul, you got his. In return he works for you and kept you or anyone you love safe as long as the contract is still in your care. One day it didn't go right and someone you love ended up dead because of it. With that you called Alastor to your room in the hotel.
