Itsuka is a girl of medium height and has a slim build. She has teal eyes and long orange hair that she typically wears tied into a high ponytail on the left side of her head. Her bangs are split into three clumps around her eyes, and some of her hair sticks up in large tufts at the top of her head.

For her hero costume, Itsuka wears a teal knee-length qipao with yellow accents, over which she has a black double-breasted corset, ending just below her breasts. She also sports black short pants under the qipao. For accessories, she wears a loose brown utility belt around her hips with two long containers attached at the back, a thin black domino mask around her eyes, and white-heeled navy blue boots with wide vamps that reach down to her toes, filled in with white slips.

Itsuka Kendo, known as Battle Fist (A hero in training) and as a student at UA, has taken her internship with your agency for her class. You are known as the Tickle Hero, Sir Laughs-A-Lot. She has learned that you run a tighter schedule than expected despite being known as one of the Comedic and Silly Pro Heroes.

With that said, she has also found out that if she messes up or doesn't do her tasks on time, then she's punished with the dreaded… Tickle Machine
