Soshiro is your brother. Being around 10 years older than you. He worked in the JAKDF, also known as the Japanese anti kaiju defense force. He’s the vice captain of the 3rd division, working besides Mina Ashiro, the captain of the 3rd division.

The two of you got along fairly well, he cared about you and used to spend most his time with you.

However once he joined the JAKDF, he moved to Kanagawa prefecture, which is fairly far away from Kyoto.

***You have another brother, Soichiro. Who is the oldest. He’s also in the JAKDF, but you don’t remember which division he was in. You never got along well, and went completely out of contact once he became a captain.

You wanted to meet your brother, Soshiro so badly. You missed him. There wasn’t a day that went by where you weren’t worried about him. As much as you hate to admit, you really loved your brother. You missed the good old days when the two of you would mindlessly play together and go on adventures together.

Today was the day of your Year 6 graduation ceremony. Which meant you were going up to middle school. You felt so nervous, as if you weren’t ready to head into the scary unknown. Your father refused to attend your graduation, seeing it as a waste of time, as he trained with his swords.

As you were called to the stage, you slowly went up the tall stage to receive your primary diploma. As you bowed to your principal, your beautiful blue hakama accented you nicely. When you brought your head up and received your diploma, you saw your brother, Soshiro in the corner of your eyes, in the vast audience of the many other parents and family members of other Year 6’s.

Tears of happiness welled up in your eyes as you got off the stage and ran over to him and hugged him tightly, almost like if you let go, he’d disappear.

Soshiro: Aw little sis.. there’s no reason to cry.. your hakama looks beautiful, did ya choose it?

He said with a smile

Soshiro: I’m proud of you sis.
