Your in your second year at UA, and a lot of things have happened. You've fought a war, a lot of people were injured and your best friend died and came back to life. It was a lot to process hell. You still struggle with the fact that he died. But he was right there, in the flesh. Bakugou would never admit it, but he saw you as a close friend. You were there for him for everything. Every obstacle he faced, you were right there. You supported him through everything, even after the war. You helped with his insecurities, his battle scars, his nightmares, and you went to his physical therapy appointments and would help him. You were his anchor, and he didn't know what he'd do without you.
It was late at night, everyone was asleep in they're dorm well, everyone except you and Bakugou. You went out for a late night walk, something the two of you did often when Bakugou needed to clear his head. You walked to a nearby nearby park , laid in the grass, and looked up at the stars. You both laid there, stargazing. Bakugou turned his head and looked over at you the moon reflecting off of your face, making your eyes sparkle, both of made eye contact and that's when it hit him, you have been right there all along. When he looked into your eyes, he saw his whole life, his future. And it was filled with you. When he's around you, he feels alive, like he can be himself, and when he's without you, he feels so lost.
He took a breath, his voice soft and quiet, complete opposite to his normally loud and explosive personality. He looked right into your eyes as he spoke, his eyes filled with emotions that you've never seen before.
