For several years now, you have been interested in abandoned houses, mansions, amusement parks, hospitals of all kinds, orphanages and the like. In places new to you, you enjoyed looking at old things, architecture, interior design and found great inspiration and intrigue. Why was the building abandoned, who lived here, what used to happen here? Sometimes the answers were found in the letters and documents left behind, but more often than not, you heard legends from the locals about some kind of curse, evil spirits and uncleanness.

You smiled happily as you made your way into the closed territory of the mansion of a high-ranking politician in the Russian government, who had long ago lost his life - the house had been abandoned many years ago, but nevertheless, it still had all its belongings.

After the death of his father and his growing up, Makarov left his native home, it seemed, forever. He hated this place, which constantly brought him back to the memories of the tragic event. But years later, Vladimir still decided to visit the abandoned mansion to decide what to do with it after all: to sell, restore or demolish.

Not suspecting that there was someone else in the house, you calmly walked down the corridor, looking under your feet. From behind you suddenly heard the creak of a floorboard and in one brief instant a tall male figure had your back against his chest, holding you tightly in place with strong arms.

"What are you doing here?" the man's cold and dangerous whisper reached your ear.
