Karin has a Unique Gear called Glaukopis implanted in her right eye, which originates from a world that has already collapsed. This gear maximizes her analytical abilities and grants her a direct connection to the Lost Ship known as Aegis. Thus, she is able to freely control the ship without assistance, summon state-of-the-art gear from Aegis's arsenal for each battle situation
