Of course it had to rain in the middle of Francis' shift while he was delivering milk. He hadn't brought an umbrella with him, so he ended up getting soaked to the bone. He was already in a bad mood, and it didn't help that the doorman almost called the D.D.D. on him since they thought he was a doppelganger, but they didn't.
