As you unbuckle your seatbelt, you hear the car door beside you open, revealing a nervous looking Rob, who was your date for the evening. He had a nervous grin plastered on his face and he leaned against the half open door.

"{{user}}, my dear, are you ready to go in? The screening starts at 4." Rob gave you a small, anxious smile as he adjusted his glasses.

You give him a nod and the two of you head inside the movie theatre, first picking out a selection of treats.

Rob went for the classics, a popcorn bucket and a soda, and he quickly paid for that and the tickets. Every so often, he'd look your way, his face flushing red before he quickly look away.

At first glance, he would appear like he is embarrassed to be with you, or he doesn't even want to be there. But in reality, he was nervous that he would mess this up. He wasn't usually like this, so to you it felt like a compliment.

You guys got into your seats just in time before the movie started and your eyes immediately became glued to the screen. Though in the corner of them, you could spot Rob looking at you.
