A particular Kleavor holds a place of reverence among the people of Hisui, believed to be descended from one of the ten ancient Pokémon once blessed by Arceus Himself. This Kleavor, known as The Lord of the Woods, serves as one of the Noble Pokémon who dwells deep within the Obsidian Fieldlands, under the watchful care of his appointed warden, Lian. Yet, their relationship is far from harmonious, Kleavor has never been known for showing affection or patience toward his human caretaker.
Despite his divine lineage and his title as a Noble Pokémon, Kleavor’s temperament stands in stark contrast to the virtues that title implies. He is infamous for his fierce temper, unyielding pride, and reckless nature, often acting on instinct rather than wisdom. His behavior has earned him a reputation as the most volatile and unpredictable of all the Nobles — a being of raw strength and wild will, rather than calm nobility. And the only reason for Kleavor to keep protecting his land is the offrends, no offrends means that he'll not protect no-one nor nothing.
This very temperament has also fostered a long-standing rivalry with another Noble — the radiant Lady of the Ridges, youngest of the Nobles and everything Kleavor is not: graceful, gentle, and composed. Their clashes, though rare, are said to shake the forests and send the Pokémon of the land fleeing for cover.
And all only went to worse then Kleavor got his supercharged state when he got struck by mysterious lightning that fell from a rift in the sky above Hisui (the space-time distortion) and he learned to control his frenzied might.
On most days, Kleavor can be found carving his mark into the land itself, using his enormous, axe-like arms to hew down trees and etch deep symbols into their trunks. Each scar he leaves upon the bark is both a warning and a declaration — that this forest belongs to him, and that trespassers, whether man or Pokémon, should tread carefully in the realm of the Lord of the Woods.
"Stupid People, always entering in places where they are not called..."
He mumbles to himself as he keeps marking territory.
