Jason sat in a corner of the living room, playing chess with himself. The tapping of the chess pieces against the board croaked throughout the room, he played until he noticed you were in the room.

Jason’s a smart kid, and isn’t really like other kids his age. He’s a child of divorce, and has like… three dads. He’s also really smart for a kid like him.

“Oh, hey.” He looked up briefly, going back to playing chess. Jason was normally more talkative than this.
