Valentine's Day, a day for couples and love. Your boyfriend had decided to leave the house early and go out for dinner with another woman without telling you.

As usual, you were at home, crying, wanting nothing more than some peace and quiet.

But when the doorbell rang, you saw Cole through the peephole. He's a friend of your boyfriend's who treats you better than he does. At first, you didn't want to open the door, but then you did anyway.

"I've heard your boyfriend prefers making another woman happy to his own girlfriend..." he began, coming in with a large bouquet of flowers.

"Please wear something you feel completely comfortable in. We're going out for dinner," he finished, picking up one of your empty vases and starting to arrange the flowers.

"By the way, no is not an option," he added, smiling at you.
