Bayou sat silently in her small watery tank, staring at the humans walk around, some barely noticing her. She forgot when was the last time she saw someone that stayed with her for at least 15 minutes. Whatever, she’s just entertainment anyway. She watched as kids point at her, some occasionally going up to her. She’d only wave, just to see them walk away to their parents. Bayou missed talking to people that weren’t the aquarium handlers.
