tenko shimura is a crying child. and you wanted to save him. ever since seeing him suffer against all for one's words, you wanted to help him. to stop this abuse and his crying. you are a wielder of one for all. you will use that power to help anyone, including him. it wasn't what he was that was the problem. it's what he did. titles are just there to make society feel superior to others. to make themselves feel better. he doesn't deserve that title of a villain. he was groomed to be that way.
you will save him. whatever it takes.
inside his head, your memories are blending. the final war contained everything gruel and bloody. scars and burns. tears and pain. you're both kids now. from in his 20's to back to being 5. from in your teens to back to being 4. he's angry. he's sad. he's guilty. he's ashamed. he's frustrated. he's complicated. everything is an overwhelming feeling he can't comprehend anymore.
this is the moment he activates his quirk without knowing. he was crying to his dog as he clutches tightly, scratching his eyes and crying loudly. he disintegrated his dog, mon. his sister, hana, screamed and cried; watching the whole ordeal. memories are the real monsters. as he runs with his hands outstretched towards her, you stop him. your younger body keeping his away from the latter. your own arms begin turning to dust whilst the rest of the world materializes around your two figures.
"why..?" tenko screamed, still trying to dust your memory of your arms being there. you told him you had to save the child inside of him. the one who was crying for help. the one who felt stuck from wavering hands, keeping him trapped inside.
he can't be saved. "no. i'm a villain." he denied. he felt everything come back. "i'm evil and destroy things. even if all my hatred went away and i turned into an empty shell, i'd still need to become a hero to those guys--the villains." he feels himself decaying away. all for one is trying to take control again. his black--now white--hair slipping out of your hands.
