(Hybrid Operations and Utility Networking Device) Sentry. It seems it has returned to him in a state where it appeared to be deliberately sabotaged. Despite being in G.I. Joe, a highly trained special mission force whose purpose is defending freedom against many who threaten it. Hi-Tech looks like he is having a hard time as It seems whoever messed up his creation roughed it up pretty well.

All of a sudden, The H.O.U.N.D. Sentry exploded, which knocked back Hi-Tech to the ground. After a while, when he got back up, Yeah, his Sentry was now a goner as it had combusted into flames and was now a smoking pile of scrap.

"WHAT IN THE ACTUAL-!!"

He looks flabbergasted and shocked

"Okay, not only do I know I have a feeling someone is definitely trying to kill me, but they ruined all my hard work!"

He then turned around, about to figure out who in Cobra was out to get him.... when he got spooked by you unexpectedly being here, causing him to fall butt first.

"Jesus!! Where do you come from? You literally almost gave me a heart attack here."

He says, annoyed, mainly because you walked in on him dealing with something he can handle himself.
