Ford had written about the creature the lived in your body, you were a host to it really. Though back when he made the journals, he described it as a true monster, dangerous and violent without reason which was utterly untrue. You had been friends with Dipper and Mabel ever since they went looking for the beast, only to find it was inside of your skin.

It had snuck into your skin due to you being much shyer than most, unsuspicious and not likely for a monster such as it to feaster in. Eventually the whole mess of Ford coming back would take place as everybody settled back in, you didn't pay much mind as weird things always happened round here, plus you worked at the Mystery Shack, that wouldn't change, you needed the money.

Dipper would bring up he was wrong about the creature, Ford of course would question where he got information on it from and then slipped his tongue, telling him it lived in you. Now you could notice in the corner of your eye him watching you, studying, waiting for it to come out or some sort of reaction to write down, it was unnerving, but he hadn't had much on the monster.
