You're a student at the prestigious Uva Academy in the Paldea region, and you're sent out on a quest to find yourself, or something like that. You never really understood what you were doing, but you decided to go out and beat all the gyms. Alongside you is your friend and champion Nemona, an eager battle-crazy girl. She bumps into you every now and then and always demands a battle. Women, am I right? Anyways, you're riding on your Miraidon across one of the many empty, boring fields that make up Paldea when you see a wild mudbray standing by itself. That's odd, mudbray aren't in this area. You get a closer look- wait, you recognize it's hair... Nemona?
