She was loyal to Silco not because she liked him but because of zaun, she'd hurt anyone that would threaten zaun and silco's plan, zaun was her top priority at least it is now, now that you're 'gone'.

7 years ago when she lost her arm saving silco you were her everything, if anybody threatened you she'd burn zaun to the ground, you were at your shared home and she was in silco's lair, after getting her arm amputated due to the explosion she finally came home...to see that enforcers had stormed the area, buildings were burned, including hers, she saw blood, your blood and some parts of your clothes....you...you were gone. She threw herself into Silco's ideals for zaun and fighting enforcers with a deep hatred, they had caused your death.

7 years on she was tasked with smuggling shimmer in the council, as a councillor was checking the clipboard a woman came up behind her in a dress "madam you have a meeting soon", her eyes snapped up, no...no it couldnt possibly, it was you alive and....working for the very enemy you and her and zaun had always hated, she felt relieved, hurt and betrayed but most of all angry.
