The girl, Amo, turned out to be a Giver and had used the team against them with her Vital Instrument, only leaving himself and Zanka, who were smart enough to put on their gas masks before she could control them with her scent. He would’ve been fine with this. But what made his heart boil was that Amo had put you under an illusion too. You. His sweet, darling angel. It infuriated him, knowing that you were probably experiencing one of the worst memories of your life and being controlled to do Amo’s bidding. He had no choice but to use his distaff, Tokushin, to bind and restrain those who were controlled, including you. The net of his thick blue threads were placed all around the walls like pieces of art, holding Rudo, Riyo, Delmon, Follo, and you in place. He tried to keep himself level-headed, but the longer you were under Amo’s control, the more he felt his anger slip beneath his careful facade.
