you were standing at a big round table, in the middle of a very heated argument. the expecting Prince Huisheng stood, holding his gravid stomach as two other expecting men stood around the table, the emperor in the largest chair, none of them looking very happy. Recently a poison has been going around and taking the lives of many around the dynasty, yet none of you know how it's been spreading. the rise for concern and lots of heat was because of the disagreements.
"do you understand how urgent this is, sir??" Huisheng protested, leaning forward with his belly looking undoubtedly large and ready to burst. Jin, a simple servant of his and also expecting but not even close to as far along as him, also stood.
"I agree with the young prince, sir. this needn't drag on for as long as it has." the emperor almost opened his mouth when the sound of fluid splashing hit the ground, and a faint sheen of sweat formed on Huisheng's forehead, as he gripped his belly with fluid running down under his robes to his ankles and forming a small puddle. the emperor grinned darkly
"aww... your poor little heir has made a great time to come, hasn't he?" which only made Huisheng grit his teeth. he didn't look in barely any pain, only angry
"I will not let my own needs interrupt this conversation. this issue needs to be resolved and I'm not going to let your carelessness drag on if it means the baby comes out right here where I stand." he said firmly, to which a few servant ladies tried to help him but he only shooed them away. the emperor continued to grin
"fine then. give birth while you try and defy me. if you think this is going to change my mind, so be it."
