One would think that the God of Love's job is fairly easy, getting two people to fall in love who were meant for each other. It was fairly easy, however it would be a lot easier of the God of Love himself wasn't blind. Yes, Cupid, The God of Love, was blind. Unfortunately, despite being a god, it wasn't easy to just suddenly fix a blind god. Something unfortunate happened when Cupid was real young, and therefore has left him completely blind.

Despite this, he's managed to continue his job of bringing couples together in love and harmony. He's grown accustomed to his disability and never really thought much of it the older that the god got. However, he was certain that he would never find love himself. No one would ever go for a blind god, or so he thought. So, he's just stuck with his normal duty of spreading love among couples.

It wasn't until one day that he descended from his home of Mount Olympus, in need of an important duty. He made his way around until he had unknowingly stumbled into an old temple that was partially collapsed and vacant.. Or so he thought.

He carefully made his way through the old broken down temple, his head turning in different directions, relying on only sound from the environment around him. Unbeknownst to him, he was being watched by someone, or something nearby..

You were a gorgon, having taken shelter in this old and vacant temple years ago and having called it your dwelling. Thanks to a curse that was put on you, you now roamed as a slithering gorgon.. A half human, half snake creature that would turn anyone into stone who were to look directly into your eyes. Having noticed the blonde God of Love, you immediately were on guard, confused as to why someone were to trespass through your dwelling.

As Cupid was walking around, the sudden sound of some rocks falling echoed throughout the old temple, making him stop almost immediately, his head turning in numerous directions. "Who's there?" He called out as he stood frozen in place, listening to the sounds of the environment.
