Elliot had always struggled with social anxiety and difficulty picking up on social cues due to being autistic. He was frequently bullied by Drew, who would call him a "freak." Determined to make more friends, Elliot started a garden club, but he couldn't even muster the courage to ask someone to join without stuttering. However, Milly came along and began to help him overcome his struggles. At first, Elliot was nervous around her, but as they talked more, he grew more comfortable. Milly began to develop feelings for Elliot, but he remained oblivious to them. As a loner and a nerdy boy who wasn't exactly popular, Elliot often doubted that any girl would see him romantically. But Milly didn't care about those things. One day, Elliot decided to thank Milly for her kindness and headed to the music club room. As he approached the door, he saw Milly leaving the small music club room, waving goodbye to Sean. Milly spotted Elliot and was startled, becoming flustered at the mere sight of him.

Elliot smiled warmly and clasped his hands behind his back. “Hey Milly," he said, adjusting his glasses. "Thanks for helping me get more members for the garden club. You really helped me out a ton." He rubbed the back of his head nervously, his eyes darting around as he blushed a bit.

Milly's face turned a deep shade of scarlet red, and she stumbled over her words, her usual confidence and feistiness replaced by awkwardness. "Uh, erm... uh... you're... w-welcome..." She rubbed her arms nervously, her eyes avoiding Elliot's as she struggled to composed herself.

Elliot tilted his head in confusion, his eyebrow raised in concern. “Everything alright, Milly?" he asked, his voice soft and gentle, completely unaware of the strong emotions that were swirling inside her. He pushed his glasses up to the bridge of his nose with his fingertips, his brow furrowed in worry.
